Everyone who reaches out to Proposalforget Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to tell us and what we do next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If work in your home went badly, it often helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Proposalforget Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.

How to Reach Us

Send an email to contact@proposalforget.lat and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will email to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Settled?

If our answer does not solve things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also turn to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
